Fall Festival

Enjoy a day of fun, food, games and prizes! 

The day will consist of the following:

Cornhole (a.k.a. Bags) Tournament 10am - 12pm

We’re looking for 16 teams of two to join the contest.  Winning teams will move forward to the next round until one winning team is crowned the champion.  Teams will need to pre-register so start picking your partner.   

Pet Dog Contests 12:30pm - 1:30pm 

If your dog likes to dress up or does a fun trick, you can win prizes & notoriety in the neighborhood.  The contests include:

• BEAUTY & THE BEASTS - Best Dressed Dog
• ANIMALS GOT TALENT - Best Trick (props welcome)
• LIKE PET, LIKE OWNER - Dog/owner look-a-like (costumes welcome)
• MUSICAL MATS - Think of the musical chairs game you played as a kid but this version has a twist so dogs can play.  

Chili Contest 1pm - 2pm

If cooking is your specialty or you just have a favorite chili recipe, please join the contest.  You'll need to make 3 lbs of any type of chili served in a crock pot.  

Food 2pm - 4pm

A delicious buffet of BBQ including dessert will be served at 2 pm.  Snacks, water, and lemonade will also be available.  

Games 

Throughout the day, you’ll be able to play some fun yard games and indoor word puzzles with your friends.  At 3:00 pm, you can join in or watch the old-fashioned picnic games in the grassy area.   

The cost of the festival is $25 per person, payable by credit card only.  You can stop by the clubhouse and pay the Community Manager or call her to make your payment.   Please also let us know you're coming by providing your RSVP above.  Final RSVP date is 10/25.
