Make the most of your fitness center experience. A rep for our equipment vendor will be here to show how to use the technology and why it is important. Also senior specific training and focus for best outcomes will be available, Piece-by-piece orientation and proper usage.. Length 1 hour (45 min session with 15 minutes for Q&A)
