Speaker - Scottsdale Police Department

Sgt. Jason Devlin has been an officer with Scottsdale PD in Arizona since 2003. He has served as a patrol officer, DUI officer, patrol sergeant, and is currently the training sergeant of the Professional Development Unit. Current duties include supervision of the Field Training Program, Leadership Development Program, and is the department’s computer-based training developer. Jason has been a keynote speaker and instructor at multiple law enforcement conferences on instructor development, decision-making, and field training. He is the designer of the Nextgen Field Training Model which is growing on a national level. Jason also interacts with an international audience through social media channels as Thin Blue Line of Leadership.
