Dan and Janet Martin will be speaking at the Travel Club meeting on February 26th at 2pm about their travel experiences while living in Japan.

About the event
They will provide insights about the friendly people, the unique artwork, its historic temples, serene gardens, and majestic castles that provide a glimpse into Japan’s fascinating history and culture. They will be sharing some of their favorite places to go and things to do such as Japan’s 25 World Heritage Sites, Tokyo’s Metro Area, Cuisine & Restaurants, “Onsen”-Natural Hot Springs, Mt. Fuji, Nikko, Kyoto and the geisha culture, Kabuki Theater, Sumo Wrestling, Hakone, and Shimoda where Commodore Perry landed. They will also discuss a few favorite festivals and how to navigate the fantastic public transportation systems. Please RSVP on the website.
