About the event
Turkey is one of my favorites. We eat it all year round not just for Thanksgiving. This month we will butcher a whole turkey and make six different dishes from it. The only thing we won’t use is the bag it comes in. Great techniques to learn here. Do come hungry as you will be sampling some wonderful dishes. A dry or semi sweet white wine would be nice to drink. Just bring an appetite.
