Rae’s Cooking Class

We will be working with phyllo dough. Thin very delicate sheets of dough with so many uses. We will learn the techniques to work it in savory and sweet creations. And add some lovely sauces to complement the dishes. Just bring a hearty appetite for this. If you like a dry slightly sweet white wine bring that as it will pair so beautifully. Moschofilero wine is a stunner with phyllo dishes
