About the event
Pizza class last year was such fun. We are going to expand on it. We will be make plain pizza, stuffed crust pizza, and stuffed pizza-that’s with a top and a bottom. Please bring a 10 inch skillet or smaller. Anodized, stainless steel or cast iron is fine. Not straight sided but angled. Bring what you like to drink. Italian wine is a good choice. And as always please come hungry.
