I have an ambitious program for you. We will be making our own flavored vinegars and oils as well as homemade mayo and aioli. With these we’ll move on to vinagrettes and dressings. Guess we will be eating some salads as well. Do come hungry. Bring wine to drink and if you have some 2 cups containers bring them to fill and take home. I promise you won’t be buying bottled dressings ever again. Looking forward to cooking with you.
