About the event
Join Ash Adams, Certified Professional with a physical therapeutic emphasis, and owner of Just Breathe Pilates, for weekly mat sessions.
Pilates will increase your health span using breath and mindful movement to increase your flexibility and core strength for the ease of daily living, and also will improve your golf game and pickleball skills!
The cost for this class is $15/hour for drop in or $50/month for four classes.
