Hike Club

The November hike will occur on Tuesday, November 18, and will be 3+ miles out and back on the Blue Wash Trail. This is considered the “Niagara Falls” of Cave Creek, and is north and east of Cave Creek Rd.  With the recent rains there should be water coming over the falls.  This unique desert trail is challenging with some steep sandy downhills and wet, slippery rock areas, but very easy along the flat parts.  Mary and Bruce Van Cleave will be the hike leaders. We’ll meet at the Clubhouse Parking Lot and carpool and/or caravan from there, leaving promptly by 8:30 am.  Be sure to bring your own water, wear sunscreen and bring hiking sticks at your discretion. Sign up at the Clubhouse or RSVP via text (414-378-7996) with your names so we can communicate any changes (like weather, cancellations, or no shows, etc).
