Hike Club

Our next hike, led by Bruce/Mary Van Cleave, will be on Thursday, December 5, leaving from the clubhouse parking lot promptly at 8:30 am.  Our destination will be the Granite Mountain Trailhead, (31402 N. 136th St) to do the Balanced Rock Trail.  The hike will be an out and back total of 4.4 miles, lots of undulations, described as moderately challenging.  We will see lots of beauty, a bit of history, rock formations and the star attraction, Balanced Rock!  Lunch afterwards TBD.

Be sure to bring plenty of water as there is no potable water at the trailhead.
