Mangia Foodies. It’s time to get easy peasy. For our Wednesday Dec 13th 6 pm cooking session in my kitchen at 30994 N 74 Way there will be no need for equipment. No need to kneed either. Rather we will be learning specific techniques to create focaccia and ciabatta, two fabulous Italian specialties that will be showstoppers in your baking repertoire.
