The first 7 people to contact Rae Culotta will learn how to make delious meatballs in Rae’s Kitchen. If we have more than 7 people respond, Rae has agreed to offer a second opportunity on November 9th.

About the event
On Wednesday November 8th at 6pm I will hold a cooking session in my kitchen at 30994 N 74th Way. We will be working on meatballs using different combinations of meats vegetables and starches. As usual we will be eating what we make: meatball heroes—or hoagies depending on where you come from—along with a salad or pickled cucumbers.
I suggest you can bring a luscious Chianti or rich white wine. Or one my new faves Truly hard seltzer or Nutrl Vodka selzer—light to drink but with just a little kick. They will all pair well with the meal I think.
