About the event
Come hear Sonja McNeal, retired RN, who volunteers at Justa Center which is a nonprofit that works specifically with Seniors who are homeless.
The Justa Center is a day shelter that provides meals, access to various services, showers, clean updated bathrooms, laundry facilities, and storage lockers. The goal is to assist seniors to find a way to get off the streets and into housing. Justa Center is the only organization of its kind in the state of AZ. Shockingly, the numbers of older men and women living on the streets continues to rise, and there are very few resources out there to help them. Join us to hear more about Justa Center and how our collections can assist them. More details on the items they need will be provided.
