About the event
Who doesn't love a beautiful charcuterie board? If you are looking for new ideas to up your appetizer game, or just want to learn the basics, this class is for you. The class will be a combination of presentation & hands on learning where Dee Dee from Dee Dee's Kitchen will lead us through creation of a primary & a dessert board. After the presentation, the class will get to enjoy all the food that was prepared, along with plenty of extras.
Class fee is $40/per person, payable by credit card to Jennifer in the clubhouse by 10/11. Class will accomodate the first 30 people to rsvp.
Dee Dee has her own catering business and works at Blue Sky Organic Farm in Litchfield Park. She has worked as a pastry chef at Troon Country Club, Executive Chef at Superstition Mountain Golf and Country Club, and was the Director of Catering and Bistro Manager at AJ's.
