Committee minutes are displayed as either Adobe Acrobat (*.pdf) or Microsoft Word (*.doc) files.
The files are listed by date from most recent to oldest. Older
minutes are maintained as html files on the 'Meeting Minutes'=>'Committee Minutes'=>'Archive I'. There
is a page with even older meeting minutes: 'Meeting Minutes'=>Committee Minutes'=>'Archive II'.
See the tabs above.
In order to view the documents online you will need either an Acrobat or Word reader in your
browser. For most of you this is no problem. If you are using something other than MS
Internet Explorer (IE) you may need to install a plug-in in your browser. OpenOffice
is an excellent, free alternative, if you need it.
Note, you can also download the file for viewing off-line, usually by right-clicking(depending on
the browser) and doing a 'Save As...' to download the file to your machine.
Please contact the webmaster if you are having difficulty.
