Notice of Study Session Meeting of Directors<br />

Under Bylaw Section 3.8, this is notice of a call for a Study Session meeting of the Bellasera Board of Directors to convene at 2:00PM on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at the Bellasera Community Clubhouse.<br />
<br />
A Study Session is a meeting for the Board to discuss a topic in preparation for a regular meeting. No motions will be entertained and no votes will be cast at a Study Session. If a quorum of Directors is present, the Study Session will be an Open Meeting under Arizona law and members will be given a right to make comments during a limited period of time at the beginning of the meeting. Thereafter, discussion is limited to Board members unless a question is directed to a particular non-Board member.<br /> 
<br />
The sole purpose of this meeting will be to discuss volunteer-organized clubs and a change of use for tennis court #3.
