Welcome to Bellasera
Bellasera is a gated community located in beautiful North Scottsdale, AZ. Established in 1998 as a premiere guard gated community, Bellasera prides itself on providing a "neighborhood" feeling for its residents. Nestled on almost 300 acres, Bellesera's 360 homeowners have access to all that the Valley has to offer while providing an intimate community setting to call home.

The 5,000 sq. ft. clubhouse has a fully equipped state-of-the art fitness center, all purpose room, media lounge, pool, spa and men’s and women’s lockers with steam rooms. A gourmet commercial style kitchen is available for resident use to entertain in and around the clubhouse. A spacious lawn provides a shaded retreat for numerous outdoor activities.
Tennis, Pickleball and Basketball
Two lighted tennis courts and one lighted basketball court are located near the clubhouse. The west tennis court is also set up to accommodate four simultaneous games of pickleball. The tennis court surface offers the most playable surface for both the novice and the expert.
The fitness center offers a full complement of current cardio equipment, fitness machines, free weights, and an array of training aids to keep you in shape. With expansive windows to the north, you will enjoy beautiful desert and mountain views as you train. Keep an eye out for bobcats, javelina and road runners. Classes such as water aerobics and yoga are also offered.
Dog Park
10,800 sq. ft. of beautifully landscaped, fenced and lighted exercise area for dogs. There is a double gated entry system and ramp with sod and patio pavers. Benches and tables provide an excellent area to socialize with your friends while your canine family members socialize with their friends. Water is also available for the dogs.
Bellasera’s pool incorporates a lap and lagoon design. A portion of the pool is dedicated to lap swimming with lanes, while the other portion includes a beach entry and shallow depth for lounging and visiting. Bellasera’s spa is protected by an arbor and natural desert flora. Fountains add to the enjoyment of the pool area. There is plenty of well-appointed furniture, umbrellas and space for everyone.
Walking and Jogging Trails
There are approximately eight miles of multi-use paths, walks and natural washes. A one-eighth-mile jogging track is located on the clubhouse site for those who prefer to stay closer to the pool and spa. In addition, trail access to Lone Mountain is available from the community and offers a 2.2 mile loop with views of the entire valley.
